Cancellation Policy for The Cockerel

We understand that plans change — here’s how cancellations work:

Table Bookings

• Tables of up to 5 guests: Please provide at least 3 hours notice 
• Tables of 6 or more: We require at least 24 hours notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking acceptance

Large Groups (e.g. 8+ guests)

• We may require a deposit and a preorder to secure your booking
• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit

Events & Private Hire

• Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event
• Cancellations within 7 days may incur charges
